Assisted living is a welcome alternative to expensive, institutionalized nursing home care. Our home was designed small and home-like, with bedrooms and other areas large enough that residents do not feel cramped or confined.

Assisted living is for mature adults who do not need skilled nursing services yet need assistance with activities of daily living. Our residents are enouraged to remain as independent as possible and have the safety and services available as needed 24 hours a day.

One of the main benefits of assisted living is the opportunity to meet new friends or reaquaint with old ones. There are many activities to meet the social, recreational and spiritual needs of residents, as well as planned trips and outings.

At Windsor House, residents have the right to live as they want and participate in as many activities as they choose. This independence also means residents may keep their own doctor, physical therapist or any other person who is important in caring for them.

Windsor House encourages residents to bring their own furniture; however, rental furniture is available. The common areas are designed and furnished for comfort and safety.
